Is the vest suitable for running, walking?
Yes, the vest is designed with comfort and balance in mind, making it ideal for running, walking, jogging, as it is designed for various exercises including hiking, and strength training.
Is the vest adjustable?
We offer two versions: an adjustable vest that lets you add or remove weight bags, and a basic fixed-weight vest for simplicity.
Does the vest come with weights?
Yes, both versions include the weights. The adjustable model comes with removable weight bags, while the basic model has fixed weights.
Is this vest machine washable?
Yes, the vest is machine washable. Simply remove the weight bags before washing (for the adjustable model).
Are the adjustable ankle weights machine washable for easy cleaning?
Yes! The ankle weights come with a removable sleeve design that is machine washable. Simply take out the weight bags before washing. For best results, make sure to fasten the Velcro straps before putting the sleeves into the washing machine to prevent them from sticking to or damaging other clothes.
Do the adjustable ankle weights come in different color options?
Yes, the ankle weights are available in multiple color choices, so you can pick the style that best fits your preference.
How easy can the ankle weights be adjusted?
The weights are designed with individual removable bags, allowing you to add or remove weight quickly. This makes it easy to customize resistance based on your workout needs.

How much is the shipping fee?
Shipping fees are not included in the product price and will be calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination. However, for a limited time, we're delighted to offer free shipping on all orders over $30 to celebrate our launch.- This is a special opening deal and it won't last forever.
Do I need to pay the tax?
Orders are exempt from clearance fees; however, sales tax may be applicable.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Which countries do you currently ship to?
At the moment, we only ship within the US, but we plan to expand to global shipping in the future.
