Thank you for choosing Sportneer! Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to ensure your experience with us is seamless. If your order doesn't meet expectations, we're happy to assist with returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds


We gladly accept returns and offer refunds for items that meet the following conditions:
● The return is requested within 30 days of delivery.
● The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
● You're able to provide proof of purchase, such as your order number, receipt, or invoice.
● If the item is defective, please share photos or a short video showing the issue — this helps us serve you faster.

Unfortunately, we can't accept returns in these situations:


● Items received more than 30 days ago 
● Products that are damaged, used, or not in resellable condition
● Issues caused by accident, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or force majeure events
● Products without valid proof of purchase or with mismatched serial numbers
● Customized or personalized items
● Items returned without  Return Authorization Number (RMA)  number

 

How to Start a Return or Refund 


Email us at support@sportneer.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Product name and quantity
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the product and packaging (especially for defective items)
  • Our support team will respond promptly with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions.
  • Once you have your RMA, please ship the item to the address we provide.

Important: Do not return any items without an RMA. Unauthorized returns may not be processed or refunded.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–7 business days. It will go back to your original payment method.
Please note: For returns not related to quality (like a change of mind), the refund will be for the product value only. Shipping fees are not refundable in these cases.

 

Return Shipping Responsibility?

We cover return shipping if the return is due to:

  • Product defects
  • Manufacturing/material flaws
  • Incorrect item sent by us

Customers are responsible for return shipping in the case of:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size, color, or style selection
  • Other non-quality-related issues

For international returns to our U.S. warehouse:


Please use a Prepaid Duties & Taxes (PDDP) shipping method. Returns sent without PDDP may be rejected due to customs complications.

 

Exchanges


Need a different size or color? We're happy to help!


● Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
● We cover shipping if the exchange is due to our error or a defective product.
● For all other reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.


12-Month Limited Warranty


All Sportneer products come with a 12-month limited warranty, covering:


● Manufacturing defects
● Material flaws that affect performance
● Functional issues under normal use


Not covered under warranty:


● Accidental damage or misuse
● Unauthorized repairs or modifications
● Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, fading)
● Lost or damaged accessories after 30 days

● If you purchased your Sportneer product from Amazon or another retailer, please contact the seller directly to process your return.
