Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the United States and European Union countries. Please note that we're unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
If your order can't be delivered due to your location, we'll notify you via email and issue a full refund.
Shipping Fees & Taxes
Shipping fees are not included in the product price and will be calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination.
Orders are exempt from clearance fees; however, sales tax may be applicable.
Shipping Notice
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
If you've entered an incorrect address, let us know immediately at support@sportneer.com.
Once your order has been dispatched, we can't guarantee address changes. Any changes attempted after shipment will be at your risk and expense.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking No.
Once the tracking number has been issued, we are unable to guarantee any address changes.
Delivery Delays
Most orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days.
However, delays can happen due to:
Peak seasons (e.g., Prime Day, Black Friday)
National holidays
Unforeseen events (e.g., weather, carrier delays, natural disasters)
But no worry—we'll keep you updated if anything affects your delivery timeline.
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care to ensure your order arrives safely. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please reach out to us—we’ll make it right.
If you encounter any issues, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Email support@sportneer.com with your order number and photo/video proof.
